How to pay registration fees
We provide two methods of payments; you can either pay online using a credit or a debit card, or request an invoice for wire transfer or manager’s cheque. Paying online is only available after you log in and through the Profile & Submissions page.
Please send us an email (firstname.lastname@example.org) and request an invoice for payment through bank transfer or manager’s certified cheque. Instructions will be included on the invoice.
Participants’ cancellations taking place:
- On or before Feb 28, 2017, will receive a full refund less an admin charge of USD$50
- After Feb 28, 2017 and before May 30, 2017, will receive a 50% refund
- No refunds will be given for cancellations occurring on or after May 30, 2017
- Substitute delegates will be accepted at any stage
